How do I help a best friend coping with her break up 3 days ago?

I really wanna help her through. We are currently starting our exams I don't want her to get disrupted by this break up of 10 months relationship. The reason of the break up was that that jerk had another girl. It's quite hard for her because she believed his fake promises %26amp; lies. I just dont want her to be sad %26amp; get over it quickly. How do I help a best friend coping with her break up 3 days ago?
Just be there for her. Unfortunately this is something she needs to get herself out of, and no matter what you want to do, she could sit in a depression state because she doesn't want to cope with breaking up.How do I help a best friend coping with her break up 3 days ago?
be there for her in her coping. maybe get her drunk and help her meet another who will take her mind off her ex. But defiantly keep her laughing., letting her know life goes on and the best is yet to come.
She should try 2 spend a lot of time with other friends.

try doing things she likes.

Spend less time indoors.

Keep her mind off
i just had the exact same thing happen to me yesterday. the guy was a jerk to me and all i needed was to have a friend who would listen. listening is key. this break-u[could also make your friendship stronger. give her time and lend her your ear... just be her friend and she will get over it sooner than later.
take her out and keep her mind occupied with other things besides the break up
Study with her and make her laugh. Tell her to do her best on the exams and make a great career when she is done to make the guy jealous.
Just tell your friend she is worth more and deserves better. Tell her its sad how that jerk handled his business but tell her to stay positive and realize that at least she got rid of him now, and she doesnt have to be wasting any more of her precious time on someone like him. She needs to stay on top of everything and view things in a positive way...good things will come tell her to let it be and try concentrating in school, friends, hobbies all will help her and she really needs to want to forget about him.
Your gonna think I'm crazy !!!

Go down on her. I think your a girl, and your gonna think

I'm just nuts. but get her naked and give her some licken.

She'll forget him.
do something together to occupy her mind
Try to go shopping or something that keeps her distracted, you know ''girls night'' and not making her think about her ex. Try to make her go happy while you're at it. She should be with the people she really loves(family, friends, etc.) It should help. Also try not to bring up the subject about her ex it's just gonna make her get depressed more than what she already is. You need to always be there for her especially in this kind of cases.Tell her that she is worth more and she deserves betterthings than her boyfriend. She's gonna need some time to get this problem over with, you can't rush her. Breaking up It's a really hurtful thing for a girl so just give her some time. Laterz
Tell her to forget him and take her out and just be her friend right now and maybe make studying fun thing for her tell its exam time and lets do this it is more important then any man. There will be a lot more in your life and we was not the right one for you but you will find him and he will treat you right,
I'm so glad you are so concerned, you are a really good friend! Girls gotta stick together.

As for helping her, take her mind off of it! Do whatever you can, take her out-to the mall shopping, whatever! And don't talk about him unless she does first, and listen to her when she does. Give her a hug=-]. Let her know you are always there for her and how much she means to you!

This sounds just like my situation, I wish my best friend was like you! Instead she's ignoring me now and off flirting with him...Keep up the good work!
you can't really rush her, she needs time to heal. Take her out to eat, rent some movies make popcorn and have a girls night. Be there for her when she needs to talk. Ever have ur heart broken? Do for her what you wanted someone to do for you. good luck
You need to let her be sad. Just sit with her, rub her back as she cried. The more she grieves and better she'll be in a shorter time.

Also, you might want to encourage her to go for walks in the park, perhaps even study outside with you.

You're a good friend. I know this will be tough on you too... And try not to let her wallow in her sorrows. If she talks about it for more than 10 minutes, change the subject. She'll get through this. We all do.
you need to just tell her to get over it because there is a lot more guys out there for her so just tell her to get over it and that you love her
tell her that she can do better than him, that she is worth more. Don't be all over her but just hang wit her .
Just be there for her to lean on, let her vent, her frustrations out. I wouldent say anything too bad about the guy, because, if by chance they get back together, %26amp; you said really bad stuff about him, you may not have a friend anymore. So, be careful what you say!!
Be there for her! She need you right now! This is an emotionally tough time for her right at this time especially with exams coming up.

Plan on purpose to do some fun things together to get her mind off of the breakup. She'll get over it eventually but she needs her friends to be there for her and help her to get through this better.
Just let her know that you are there for her. Time tends to heal broken relationships unless she is obsessed. She will appreciate you being there for her.
Go out and have a ball there are things more important then a bf
