How to cope with parents breaking up?

My parents just told me that they're splitting. How can I deal with it? It came from the blue, or so I thought. There haven't been any big rows, they're just not in love anymore. That's what they say. I'm 15 and have a 9 year old brother. I can't seem to stop crying and the house is silent. How to cope with parents breaking up?
honey, i know its a really hard thing to deal with but you still have your mom and your dad, you will still see them. They just feel they get along better as friends. Don't cry. i know its a very upsetting thing but be thankful that you still have them in your life

Keep you head up high. Remember, even though they are going (or already have split) to leave each other, their number one responsibility is still you and your bro.

To help you keep you mind off of it, find stuff to do. Go out more, buy a motorcycle. etc.

You may also pray to Jesus, but only if you are about to commit suicide or something dramatic.

Truthfully, you will get used to it. Think about this... there are a LOT of people in your same position. They find ways to cope. So just give it a chance and she what happens.

I hope that helps a bit.
some times people need time a part and thy might get back with each other after a wile if not all ways remember thy love you both and that will never change good luck and be there for your little brother
Christ Jesus is the good life he can help.

choose Christ Jesus
