How do guys cope with break-ups?

Especially if it's between two people that have been together a long time and have invested a lot in the relationship. Do guys talk it out with other guys? Brood quietly? Get angry? I'm genuinely curious and I hope to get some serious answers.How do guys cope with break-ups?
We go find a replacement. Nothing works better than starting to date the ex's best friend. And I am very serious. And why does it matter anyways? If it truly is a breakup, then life goes on. I broke up over 2 years ago from the lady I was in love with.


I have kept my feelings to myself, as 2 years on, I am still in love with her, but we have lost contact. So I only hope she somehow remembers my love for me and returns.........
